2. Combine the honey mustard dressing, salt and pepper, dill and spring oinons and stir to combine. Remove one-third of the mixture and set aside.
3. Dip the chicken into dressing mixture, then cornflake crumbs. Spray with oil and bake until golden brown and just cooked through.
4. Serve the chicken with the remaining dressing. Mix dressing with water to make runny and go further.
